![]() Out of all the factions the scientists are the most power hungry. The only possible way a scientific building exploiting it's bonus can be unprofitable is if power is too expensive, and that is scientifics biggest weakness. Unlike other companies you don't have to read the market prices and notice that hey, water is 0.8* the price of food so food is unprofitable right now. This is because it's difficult to mess up, once you place a building ontop of it's raw resource it's never going to be unprofitable. I would say they are the easiest faction in the game, by far. Their ability to build on raw resources and use them as input for higher tier resources seems the most complex, but in actual fact it makes them really easy to play effectively. ahem:īefore you begin you need to know how the scientific faction compares ot everyone else.
